How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Each of our products undergoes quality control testing before being shipped to you. Due to the high value nature of our items, we want to ensure you receive the item you ordered exactly as you would expect. There is therefore a lead time on all of our products of up to 2 days before your order is shipped. 

Once your order has shipped, please allow 8 working days for delivery.


Will I receive a tracking number for each order?

Yes. All orders are trackable and if you do not receive a tracking number automatically once your order has been shipped, please contact us at hello@chicaffluence.co.uk with your order number and we will send you your tracking number. 


Do you accept returns?

We can only accept returns on some items due to hygiene reasons. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order to enquire about returns and we will advise you further.

If you would like to return an item because it is damaged or defective in any way, please take pictures of the item (as many as possible, clearly showing the damage or defect), and e-mail these to us, along with your name and order number to hello@chicaffluence.co.uk

Please note that we will use the delivery date provided by the courier as the final date of delivery. 


How long does it take for items to be delivered?

We use local couriers for delivery so you should receive your item within 8 days after shipping. Please be aware that some couriers are experiencing delays with deliveries due to the impact of Covid-19 on their logistics processes.


Where will my order be shipped from?

Your order will be shipped from the USA.


How do we deal with customs?

You are responsible for paying any customs charges due in your country of delivery.


Is VAT included in the price?

Where applicable, VAT is included in the price.


How often do you update your stock?

Our stock is updated weekly. Please check back regularly for new items.
